Sunroom

Here is our finished sunroom! Thanks to Dave and Jaymee for building it; mom, jamey and jaymee for painting it and to Kenny and Mike and their famillies for PAYING FOR IT! Melanie Stroud cleaned up all the mess and brought all the furninture back in. It looks awesome! THanks everyone!!

my friend Danielle

This is my friend danielle. We met after i got my biopsy and had to have a chest tube, therefore, had to spend a night on the cardiac/thoracic (how is that spelled?) floor. We shared a room. She had a very, very similar experience to mine, except her giant mass was benign. They had to cut it out through her back and she has the coolest and longest scar ever. I think it was interesting for both of us to see the alternative to our own prognosis. She's about my age and has a cute little boy. We stayed up the whole night talking and scratching because our meds made us so itchy. It was a really fun night - especially given the circumstances - and i hope we'll be friends forever.
