Ya - I needed a picture that made everyone say - Oh wouldn't it suck to be bald. This didn't work. She looks beautiful! Amazing. I can't believe it. She is so stunning. I don't think there are four people in this world who could look so beautiful bald. Who knew??? I love you. Thanks for trying.
Wow! I could never pull that off. I have such a big face, I try to over it with hair. I would just be a big face coming at ya if it were me! You are a beauty Shelby. I am glad you took pictures. It'll eventually be a memory. My sister didn't ever let anyone take a picture of her when she had chemo and I think "for the memory" she wishes she had. Love ya Shelby!
Shelby, I have to get you together with Marianne Zemp Bates. She is your parents' friend, Anna Tanner's daughter who had your exact (I think) kind of cancer just after she got married. I always said she was the only person I would ever know who was equally beautiful with or without hair. And now you rival her! She is many years past beating that cancer, leading a normal life and has been able to give birth to 3 babies. She just moved in to JR's ward. Shelby you are beautiful inside and out!
